This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at the 5249 E Terrace Dr Clinic in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a RN Clinic Manager to:

• Direct and evaluate the department's workforce including staff scheduling and performance.
• Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses and revenue estimates.
• Utilize data and metrics to lead the day to day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred

• 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
• 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
• Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
