Join UW Health | Carbone Cancer Center, Wisconsin’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. As an RN Clinic Supervisor in our Oncology Clinics, you will provide leadership and make a meaningful difference for patients with cancer and hematologic conditions.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to:
- Partner with the RN Clinic Manager to support daily clinic operations and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Assist with day-to-day clinic operations and patient care coordination.
- Supervise and support a skilled, collaborative clinical team.
- Promote continuing education and evidence-based nursing practice.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across disciplines.
- Support safe, efficient, and cost-effective care delivery.
- Lead teams caring for patients receiving advanced therapies, including chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T cell therapy.
Work Schedule:
This is a 100% FTE, salaried position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- 2 years of RN experience Required
- 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred
- RN license in the state of employment Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
