Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services. Supervise the clinical teams at 20 S. Park St. and the Junction Road Medical Center. Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning and provision of high quality, cost-effective care. At UW Health, you will have :

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing Required Master of Science in Nursing or relevant field Preferred Work Experience 2 years relevant nursing experience Required Evidence of leadership experience Required 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice Preferred Leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated success Preferred Licenses & Certifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Required Current CPR/BLS Certification Required Current ACLS Certification Required Our Commitment to Social Impact and Belonging
