Work Schedule
100%, day shift working Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This does not include weekends, holidays, or call shifts but is subject to change based on programmatic growth. You will work at the outpatient clinic at
E. Terrace Dr. Medical Center, the Arbor Gate Clinic in Madison, WI, including a regional clinic (location to be determined), and a regular inpatient rotation at East Madison Hospital.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high‑quality, cost‑effective care to patients.
- Provide comprehensive care to both well and ill adult patients.
- Perform clinic visits for new and returning cardiovascular patients.
- Provide cardiology consults in the inpatient setting in collaboration with the cardiologist.
- Provide timely communication to patients and staff for the management of patient needs.
- The pay range listed reflects both titles.

- If Nurse Practitioner:
Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program. - If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA Program.
Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure.
Additional Requirements for Nurse Practitioner- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice.
- Active board certification as an NP in the area of clinical practice (Adult, Adult/Gerontology Acute Care, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care, or Family).
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice.
- Active PA board certification.
- Active DEA license or the ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
- Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in the state of practice (including Wisconsin and other states of practice).
