The Nursing Assistant (CNA) practices and performs the basic nursing assistant procedures learned during outside training and certification. The CNA is expected to practice medical asepsis, respect the dignity and privacy of every patient, maintain objectivity during patient care, adhere to basic hospital safety policies and procedures, and practice within their scope of training. The CNA works under the close supervision of the Registered Nurse and receives specific work assignments that are both written and oral, with the expectation to complete the assignment within the scheduled shift.

Our staff utilize a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team approach to provide high quality, compassionate care to complex neurological, medical and surgical patients, including acute stroke, chronic neurological illnesses, neurosurgery, general medical and surgical patients.
