Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant – Family Medicine

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. No holidays or on‑call.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide high‑quality, cost‑effective care to patients in inpatient and ambulatory settings.

• Perform annual physical exams and manage health maintenance for our family medicine population.
• Care for acute and chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly.
• Conduct telemedicine visits (video and telephone).
• Perform routine clinical procedures independently: wart removal, pap smears, IUD removal, IUD/Nexplanon placement, skin lesion removal.

• Position is for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Nurse Practitioner:
  Master’s or Doctorate’s from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Physician Assistant:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s from an accredited PA Program.
• Preferred:
  Two years of relevant clinical experience.
• State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure.
• If NP:
  Active RN and APRN certifications/licenses including prescriptive authority in state(s) of practice; active board certification as NP in area of clinical practice (e.g., Family).
• If PA:
  Active PA license and prescribing authority in state(s) of practice; active PA board certification.
• All applicants must have an active DEA license or ability to apply before or upon hire.
