Job OverviewThe Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs the basic nursing assistant procedures taught during external training and certification. The CNA practices medical asepsis, respects patient dignity and privacy, maintains objectivity during care, adheres to hospital safety policies, and works within their scope of training. The role is supervised by a Registered Nurse and involves written and oral work assignments to be completed within the scheduled shift.
Qualifications- State of Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current CPR certification or eligibility to obtain one
- Availability for the first week of employment from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for orientation
- Ability to work required shift start times and weekend shifts
