• Pay or shift range: $37.14 USD to $58 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

In collaboration with the Director of Clinic Operations, Chief Clinical Officer and Administrative Assistant, the RN/Lead will oversee and/or facilitate the care delivery model, care processes, department policies/procedures, department orientation, competency validation and staff development programs to ensure operations function at maximum levels of efficiency and exceed patient expectations. Functions as a clinical expert, mentors and supports the planning and development of care for Clinic Services – Satellite locations.

This individual will serve as a leader and role model for staff and will actively participate in organizational and department decision-making.

Education Required: Graduate of accredited school of nursing, WI license. BSN preferred.

Related Years of Experience

Required:

Three to Five years clinic experience preferred.

Credential/Licensure

Required:

CPR required, ACLS recommended.

Shift: Working 40 hours a week at the Algoma Clinic. Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. This individual will work 50% as clinic lead and 50% in direct patient care.

Associates or better in Nursing.

Bachelors or better in Nursing.
