Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position

Madison, WI
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x10 Days
Pay: $2280/week
We are seeking a dedicated Dialysis RN to provide specialized nursing care to patients with chronic and acute kidney disease. The RN will be responsible for overseeing dialysis treatments, monitoring patient responses, and educating patients and families on disease management and treatment options.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care during hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments.
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, treatment responses, and fluid balance.
- Administer medications as prescribed and respond to complications or emergencies.
- Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, lifestyle modifications, and ongoing care.
- Ensure dialysis equipment is prepared, operated, and maintained in compliance with safety standards.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in WI
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of dialysis or nephrology nursing experience
