100% FTE, Monday
- Sunday (with variable schedule), working 7:00 am - 5:00 pm with rotating weekends (1:3 - 1:4, and may change based on operational needs). Currently no holidays, however subject to change based on operational needs.
- The pay range listed reflects both titles.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care to both well and ill adult patients at University Hospital
- Work as a part of a teaching team in an academic environment
- Provide cardiology consults in the inpatient setting in collaboration with the cardiologist
- Provide timely communication to patients and staff for the management of patient needs

- If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
- If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.
- Minimum
- State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. Adult;
Adult/Gerontology Primary Care, Adult/Gerontology Acute Care.
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active PA board certification
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
