100% day shift, Monday‑Friday, 8‑10 hour shifts.

Job Description
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play an integral role in our care teams by providing high‑quality, cost‑effective care to patients.
Position Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of oncology patients with acute, chronic and/or potential health problems.
- Oversee treatment infusions and supportive care needs.
- Manage independent inpatient clinical practice and provide coverage for collaborating physicians as part of the inpatient oncology consult team.
- Perform initial consult history and physical, develop, manage and modify treatment plans for patients with acute health problems.
- Participate in daily rounding and collaborate with attending or consulting team to adjust plans of care.

- For Nurse Practitioner:
Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program. - For Physician Assistant:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA Program.
- Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure.
- For Nurse Practitioner:
Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice and active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice (Adult/Gero Acute Care or Adult/Gero Primary Care). - For Physician Assistant:
Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice and active PA board certification. - All applicants must have an active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
