The Operating Room (OR) registered nurse (RN) will provide specialized surgical care at a healthcare facility in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves assisting with complex procedures such as hysterectomy, cystectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and robotic surgeries utilizing the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day of assignment. The position requires flexibility to float as needed and is scheduled for full-time shifts.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  RN license, BLS certification through the American Heart Association, minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience within the last three years in the operating room specialty, charting experience using Epic EMR.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Previous charge nurse experience, trauma level II experience, patient ratio experience of 1:1.
• Additional Requirements:
  
  Float as needed, must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted). Pass/Fail telemetry testing with two attempts to meet the criteria for adult and pediatric exams; if not passing, a cardiac interpretation review course is required. BLS required (American Heart Association only).

Job . Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
