Weekly Gross Pay = $720. Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $18. Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to net pay = $1127 (Hotel-700 Meals-427). Total Weekly ($1127 is not taxed)= $1847. Feels like per hour = $46.18. $1847 div 40 hours = $46.18.

• Class: LPN
• Shift: 1
• Start: 08:00:00
• End: 16:30:00

• Main duties: med pass, assisting with admissions and other standard nursing LPN duties.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records.
• Provide companionship and basic care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications to patients.

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Must have up to date credentials in the state of Wisconsin
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) or Red Cross
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
