Minimum of 3 years in a high acuity hospital with strong Pediatric ICU and CV experience
License:
State RN or compact RN license required

Certifications:

AHA BLS and PALS required

Must-Have:
Strong Pediatric ICU experience
At least 1 year of CV experience
Epic experience required
Telemetry test required prior to starting

Description:

The registered nurse will provide family-centered care to critically ill or injured children and their families.
The nurse will deliver comprehensive care for patients admitted with a variety of medical and surgical problems.
Responsibilities include care for acute head injuries, critical neurological disorders, pulmonary diseases, cardiac anomalies, and multi-system organ failures.
Candidates must have experience managing complex patient care, including the use of specialized equipment.
The role may require floating to different units as needed.
Critical care skills in monitoring, administering medications, and performing procedural interventions are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
