UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatrics OR

Schedule: 100% FTE, 10 hour day/night shifts with a holiday and weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, WI.

• Serve as a pediatric circulating nurse in 6 OR suites, 2 procedural suites, and 1 hybrid OR.
• Maintain a sterile and safe operating room environment, ensuring compliance with all safety and infection control standards.
• Advocate for pediatric patients and their families, offering emotional support, education, and clear communication.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred.
• 6 months of relevant clinical experience – Required.
• Clinical operating room experience – Preferred.

• Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin – Upon Hire Required.
• CPR certification – Upon Hire Required.
• ACLS certification – Preferred.
• PALS certification – Preferred.
