We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
.
- Join a highly innovative neurosurgical care model focused on patients with congenital conditions transitioning from pediatrics to adulthood.
- Lead and coordinate care across the continuum, emphasizing continuity and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Host independent clinics to address ambulatory care needs.
- Independently round on patients when hospitalized.

- Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin;
Active board certification as a NP in Acute Care only (Adult or Adult/Gerontology considered only if previous ICU experience). - Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin;
Active PA board certification. - All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have an active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
- Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program (for Nurse Practitioner).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA Program (for Physician Assistant).
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
