We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
.

• Join a highly innovative neurosurgical care model focused on patients with congenital conditions transitioning from pediatrics to adulthood.
• Lead and coordinate care across the continuum, emphasizing continuity and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Host independent clinics to address ambulatory care needs.
• Independently round on patients when hospitalized.

• Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin;
  Active board certification as a NP in Acute Care only (Adult or Adult/Gerontology considered only if previous ICU experience).
• Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin;
  Active PA board certification.
• All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have an active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program (for Nurse Practitioner).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA Program (for Physician Assistant).
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
