This is a registered nurse (RN) clinic position at a healthcare facility located in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves providing chemotherapy services within an outpatient clinic setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position typically operates during day and evening shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  Wisconsin RN license; valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ONS/ONCC certification for chemotherapy; at least 2 years of oncology and infusion experience; experience with Epic electronic medical record system

  Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  The role involves administering adults' chemotherapy medications via IV, IM, SQ, and HAI routes. Candidates must have experience with charting in Epic and meet the minimum experience requirement of two years of acute care in oncology/infusion in the last three years. A certification of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course may be required if attempts to pass the telemetering exam are unsuccessful.
  
  All candidates must be vaccinated for the flu unless exempt for medical or religious reasons.
