- Friday, typically 8 hour shifts during business hours. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at the Digestive Health Center in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities- Help lead the day-to-day operations and coordination of patient care services.
- Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
- Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning and provision of high quality, cost-effective care.
- Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts, train/mentor staff, and resolve patient concerns.
- Be able to perform procedures, moderate sedation, critical thinking and overall flow.
- Be an effective member of the Endoscopy management team, fostering a customer/patient focused perspective and ensuring a strong commitment to organizational service standards.

- Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing (Required)
- Master of Science in Nursing or relevant field (Preferred)
- 2 years relevant nursing experience (Required)
- Evidence of leadership experience (Required)
- 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice (Preferred)
- Leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated success (Preferred)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact (Required)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification (Required)
- Current ACLS Certification (Required)
