- Friday, typically 8 hour shifts during business hours. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at the Digestive Health Center in Madison, WI.

• Help lead the day-to-day operations and coordination of patient care services.
• Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
• Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning and provision of high quality, cost-effective care.
• Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts, train/mentor staff, and resolve patient concerns.
• Be able to perform procedures, moderate sedation, critical thinking and overall flow.
• Be an effective member of the Endoscopy management team, fostering a customer/patient focused perspective and ensuring a strong commitment to organizational service standards.

• Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing (Required)
• Master of Science in Nursing or relevant field (Preferred)

• 2 years relevant nursing experience (Required)
• Evidence of leadership experience (Required)
• 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice (Preferred)
• Leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated success (Preferred)

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact (Required)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification (Required)
• Current ACLS Certification (Required)
