Work Schedule
60% FTE, Monday through Friday, day hours. Hours may vary based on operational needs.
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who will:
- Provide care to patients with neurosurgical congenital conditions that are transitioning from pediatrics to adulthood.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care for complex patients.
- Host independent clinics to address ambulatory care needs.
- Independently round on patients when hospitalized.

- If Nurse Practitioner:
Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program. - If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.
- Active RN and APNP license in the State of Wisconsin and active board certification as an NP in Acute Care only (Adult or Adult/Gerontology considered only if previous ICU experience).
- Active PA license in the State of Wisconsin and active PA board certification.
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
