Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) in Madison, Wisconsin. This position involves working within a high-caliber facility that performs complex cardiothoracic surgeries. The role requires coordination with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient perioperative patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Job Details- Schedule:
Days shift, 12‑hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting 08/03/2026 - Required
Qualification:
Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact RN license - Required
Qualification:
BLS certification (American Heart Association) - Required
Qualification:
Two years of acute care experience within the last three years in inpatient nursing - Required
Qualification:
Experience with Cardiothoracic Surgery or similar acuity areas - Required
Qualification:
Experience with complex surgeries including cardiothoracic procedures - Required
Qualification:
Experience working in level 1 or similar size hospitals - Preferred
Qualification:
Telemetry exam proficiency - Preferred
Qualification:
Experience working with high-caliber surgical teams - Preferred
Qualification:
Prior experience in operating rooms performing complex cardiothoracic surgeries - Float:
Float rotation may be required. - Additional Information:
