The CNA practices and performs basic nursing assistant procedures taught during outside training and certification. The CNA follows medical asepsis, respects patient dignity and privacy, maintains objectivity during patient care, adheres to basic hospital safety policies and procedures, and operates within their scope of training. The CNA works under the close supervision of the Registered Nurse and receives written and oral assignments, with the expectation to complete them within the scheduled shift.
Qualifications- State of Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Currently CPR certified or eligible for certification
Must be available the first week of employment from 8AM - 4:30PM for CNA orientation.
