Role OverviewAs a Registered Nurse (RN) you will embrace a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. Your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Assume responsibility for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments
- Current state RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred but not required
- Minimum six (6) months of acute care or med/surg experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and rehabilitation‑focused mindset
3×12, Nights (7p–7a), rotating weekends

Hourly range: $35.74/hr – $48.26/hr.
