Charge Nurse (RN)

Job Type: Full Time, Nights, 3x12 |

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process—Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program with current licensure in the state; BSN preferred.
• Mandatory child and adult abuse certificate required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a rehabilitative or acute care setting and/or demonstrated leadership ability.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate, and direct activities of clinical personnel; effective oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages preferred; proficiency in basic computer skills required.
• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
