Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate CRNA to join our high-performing anesthesia team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical and procedural settings. You will practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment that values clinical excellence, autonomy, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
- Conduct thorough pre‑anesthesia assessments and post‑anesthesia care.
- Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document all aspects of anesthesia care accurately and efficiently.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence‑based practice.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
- Current NBCRNA certification.
- Active, unrestricted RN license (APRN eligibility preferred).
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly competitive salary: $249,000–$275,000 per year
