We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CRNA to join our high-performing anesthesia team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical and procedural settings. You will practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment that values clinical excellence, autonomy, and teamwork.

• Provide anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre‑anesthesia assessments and post‑anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document all aspects of anesthesia care accurately and efficiently.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence‑based practice.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
• Current NBCRNA certification.
• Active, unrestricted RN license (APRN eligibility preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional, Veteran‑centered care.

• Highly competitive salary: $249,000–$275,000 per year
