RN Liver Transplant Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with world-renowned transplant experts in a program known globally for research, innovation, and excellence in patient outcomes
• Guide patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives
• Use your critical thinking and clinical judgment daily, delivering personalized education and support across the continuum of care
• Facilitate building lasting relationships with patients and families
• Work in an academic medical center that actively applies research and cutting‑edge therapies to help patients live longer and reduce transplant risks
• Make a tangible difference, providing hope and saving lives by helping patients successfully navigate the transplant process

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of experience and education Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing or relevant area may be used to substitute for one (1) year of clinical experience
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience Required
• Progressive Nursing experience with demonstrated success Required
• 2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience Preferred
• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
