Use your nursing expertise to help guide the evolution of our clinical software and help nurses deliver high‑quality, personalized patient care. As an expert advisor and member of Epic's Application Services team, you will analyze client needs, create clinical workflows, develop strategies tailored to each organization, and provide guidance throughout projects. In addition, you may join our clinical informatics team to develop system content and conduct software demonstrations for current and prospective customers, and partner with hospitals and clinics as a nurse liaison to support their nursing informatics goals.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze client needs and develop nursing clinical workflows.
  • Create strategies and provide guidance throughout implementation projects.
  • Develop system content and conduct software demonstrations for customers.
  • Serve as a nurse liaison to partner hospitals and clinics with nursing informatics goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (BSN preferred).
  • Academic and professional success.
  • Willingness to travel 25‑60% of the work week, normally 1‑2 trips per month lasting 2‑4 days.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Open to relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursement provided).
