Nurse Practitioner ​/ Physician Assistant – Pediatric Urology

Provide care to pediatric urology patients.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to both well and ill patients in a primarily outpatient setting.
Participate in weekly urology academic conferences.
Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to: catheter insertions, catheter changes, and complex bladder irrigation.

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program (if Nurse Practitioner)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program (if Physician Assistant)
• Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Family or Pediatric (if Nurse Practitioner)
• Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification (if Physician Assistant)
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.

Demonstrates expertise in providing comprehensive care to pediatric urology patients, including performing clinical procedures such as catheter insertions and bladder irrigation. Collaborates effectively within a multidisciplinary health team and participates in academic conferences to enhance patient care.
