Travel Nurse Source  is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Oncology RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792!

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30);
Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)

Description:

Day/Evening, 8/10 hour shifts, between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

RN Clinic
- Chemotherapy Services. 2 YOE required.

Travelers are required to float as needed. Local Rule : 50 miles from the facility. Locals not accepted. Minimum experience :
Inpatient RN travelers must have two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty they are submitting to . References : please remove all references. Pass /Fail Testing required with strict passing criteria. A telemetry exam will be required prior to start. The following criteria must be met in two attempts:
Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms:
Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3 rd degree heart blocks [1 incorrect answer will cause failure] Passing score of 80% or higher Pediatric Exam Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, and sinus bradycardia Passing score of 80% or higher Attempts:
Traveler will have two attempts to pass. If the traveler fails the second attempt they will submit a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course to Vaya before a third…
