Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves providing care for critically ill neonates within a Level IV NICU environment. The RN will deliver advanced medical and surgical care to high-acuity neonatal patients, working on a 12-hour night shift schedule.

• Schedule:
  
  Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid Wisconsin RN license or valid RN license from a compact state, at least 2 years of recent acute care experience in neonatal intensive care (including at least 1 year in a Level IV NICU), minimum of 1 year of NICU III/IV experience, current BLS and NRP certifications, experience with post-operative care, g-tubes, trach/vent management, invasive/noninvasive ventilation, and proficiency in Epic electronic charting system.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide (INo), cooling devices, and advanced neonatal procedures.
• Additional Information:
  Must be comfortable floating to care for patients less than 12 months of age across all units, including PICU, with experience managing post-op patients, various feeding techniques, invasive lines, and ventilator management. The role involves providing care in a comprehensive pediatric medical and surgical center, with a patient census of approximately 17 neonates daily.
