UW Health’s University Hospital in Madison, WI is seeking an RN Oncology Navigator for 100% FTE day shift. You will lead comprehensive cancer care for patients and families, coordinating with care teams to overcome barriers and promote positive outcomes.
Required BSN and 3 years of nursing experience;
Wisconsin RN license and BLS are mandatory. Preference for MSN or related field and oncology certification.
