Clinical Scope & Practice EnvironmentEnjoy a collaborative, highly supportive team culture with complete clinical independence in a well-equipped facility.
Full-Scope Anesthesia:
Perform general anesthesia, MAC, spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks.
Diverse Case Mix:
General Surgery, OB/GYN (~100 births/year), Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, and Urology.

Busy, top-rated Critical Access Hospital serving a vibrant regional patient population.
Designed to offer maximum earnings alongside substantial scheduled time off:
Flexible Rotation:
Preferred schedule is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (or structured 3-week rotation: Week 1: 40 hours + 7 days call; Week 2: 40 hours, no call; Week 3: OFF).
- Hourly Pay: $250.00 / hour plus additional call pay.
- Travel & Housing: 100% covered travel expenses, lodging, and accommodations.

Active, unrestricted RN and CRNA license (or eligible for Wisconsin licensure).
