FTE - 1.0 FTE) Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP) to join a collegial group of 16 physicians and 14 advanced practitioners.
The CHF clinic, located at the SSM Health Outpatient Center, provides outpatient-focused care with no on-call or weekend requirements. Requirements include a Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Wisconsin RN license with APN/PA licensure, and post-education cardiology
