Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing, resident-focused care team.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment. Incentives & Compensation:

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time positions

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time positions

• Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts

• Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles=higher rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs

• Support resident care plans and maintain clinical documentation

• Supervise and guide CNA staff

• Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort

• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for caring for the aging population
