RN Program Director – Congenital Heart

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical excellence and transform a congenital heart program
• Optimize patient flow, access, and care coordination
• Collaborate with physician leaders and operational teams
• Lead day-to-day program operations across the hospital division

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
• 2 years relevant experience in healthcare operations supervisory/management or program leadership or three years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Required
• Passion for quality improvement and clinical excellence
• Experience driving change in matrixed organizations Preferred
• 3 years clinical experience caring for cardiac populations Preferred
• Doctorate Degree in Nursing or related field Preferred
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
• Relevant Clinical Certification Preferred

Demonstrates expertise in healthcare operations management, with a focus on optimizing patient flow and care coordination. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin, with a commitment to clinical excellence and quality improvement.
