Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator

Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to lead clinical services in a correctional healthcare setting. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, treatment, and follow-up in a correctional facility setting
• Supervise and support nursing and medical staff to ensure high-quality, compliant care
• Coordinate intake screenings, sick call, chronic care, and urgent/emergent response
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR and medical records
• Monitor medication administration, inventory, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with correctional leadership to support safety, security, and regulatory compliance
• Implement and reinforce infection control and quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
• Participate in scheduling, training, and performance feedback for nursing staff
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate escalation of care as needed
