Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing, resident-focused care team.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment. Incentives & Compensation:- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time positions
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time positions
- Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts
- Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles=higher rate)

- Time and a half after 9 hours in a day!
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Support resident care plans and maintain clinical documentation
- Supervise and guide CNA staff
- Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team
- Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for caring for the aging population
