Join as a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting. Your responsibilities include supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, developing care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery.
You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care, and serve as a resource for staff on complex cases. Celebrating patient milestones is also key to the role.
Qualifications include:
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital advantageous
Skills required: strong communication, compassion, teamwork, and clinical expertise to facilitate patient recovery and foster a supportive environment.
