Registered Nurse - Clinic Float

Role:

Provides direct nursing care in a flexible, variable-shift environment within a Clinic Float Pool.

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient conditions, and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
• Carrying out physician and nursing orders, assessing discharge needs, and possibly rounding with physicians.
• Applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs, adhering to professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines.
• Maintaining a safe environment and performing additional duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Valid RN license and BLS certification in the respective state.
• Strong communication, alertness, physical stamina, and ability to perform various physical tasks.

Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and data entry; occasional patient lifting and movement; sensory acuity for vision, hearing, smell.
