Registered Nurse - Surgical Care

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide direct medical-surgical care following established policies and protocols.

• Applying standards of nursing practice to enhance patient care and quality of life by evaluating practice effectiveness.
• Building effective relationships with patients and families to develop personalized care plans.
• Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Considering physical, cultural, social, economic, and spiritual factors in care strategies.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for needs assessment, goal setting, and care delivery.
• Communicating effectively to support culturally sensitive, ethical, and compassionate care.
• Educating patients and families on health maintenance and comfort measures.
• Mentoring colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.
• Applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.
• Performing point-of-care testing and other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform various physical tasks required in nursing.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
