Nursing Assistant (NA, CNA)

- Prepare patients for the Operating Room and/or procedure requiring anesthesia.
- Obtain vital signs, reposition patients, and comfort patients.
- Prepare charts for the following day's patients.
- Interact and engage with patients and their families to establish a trusting relationship and assist with way finding.
- Work within a dynamic team and be a part of a fast pace setting!

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and Graduate of State of Wisconsin Approved Nursing Assistant program Required
Work Experience:
- 1 year recent experience as a Nursing Assistant Preferred
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry Upon Hire Required
- BLS/CPR certification within 3 months Required
