Position:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - (PM and NOC Shift) $2,500 Sign on bonus for Second-shift!

Eden Vista Madison is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for all individuals in our community, and our CNAs play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

We offer an extensive Tuition Reimbursement/ Student Loan Repayment program for up to $5,250 a year.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Support residents in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents with varying needs and levels of independence.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff.
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
  • Encourage and promote independence and self-care among residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and wellness of residents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations made.
Requirements
  • Customer service orientated
  • A Certified Nursing Assistant- CNA, or have worked as a Nursing Assistant Registered N.A.R.

    - NAR
  • Experienced in long-term care preferred
  • Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
  • Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
