• Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, education and provide chronic condition management/education

• Graduate of school of nursing Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• 6 months of RN experience Required
• Relevant RN experience Preferred
• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
• CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred

Demonstrates expertise in patient care, critical thinking, and chronic condition management while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Holds necessary nursing qualifications and certifications to provide high-quality health care services.
