RN, Clinic Supervisor – Float Pool

• Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operations and coordination of the ambulatory primary care float pool
• Supervise primary care ambulatory float pool RNs whose work supports various ambulatory/clinic locations
• Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice
• Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among team members and clinics

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
• 2 years of RN experience Required
• 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred
• RN licensed in the state where employed Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required

Demonstrates strong leadership in managing ambulatory primary care operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among nursing staff. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and is licensed as an RN, with a commitment to promoting evidence-based practice and staff education.
