American Traveler is hiring an experienced ER RN for a high-acuity, Level II Trauma Emergency Department requiring adult and pediatric experience and Epic proficiency.

• Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department caring for combined adult and pediatric populations
• 13-week assignment with Evening ) and Night ) shift rotations, 12-hour shifts with some 8's as needed
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
• Floating required as needed
• Epic charting system experience required

• Active WI RN license or Compact RN license required
• Certifications required: BLS, PALS, ACLS (AHA only), and TNCC
• Minimum two years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last three years required
• Level II Trauma Center experience required;
  Level I Trauma and teaching hospital experience preferred
• Experience in a 40+ bed ED preferred
• At least one prior travel assignment of six months or more required, with extensions highly preferred
• Must pass a telemetry exam with strict passing criteria (adult and pediatric rhythm interpretation) prior to starting
• Skilled in emergency care areas including trauma, cardiac monitoring, respiratory management, IV therapy, neurological emergencies, and psychiatric crisis care

• Provide emergency care across a wide range of conditions including trauma, cardiac events, respiratory distress, neurological emergencies, and behavioral health crises
• Located at a Magnet-designated, academic teaching hospital ranked as Wisconsin's #1 hospital
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Charge experience is preferred but not required
• References are not required for consideration
