Required:

EPIC required within last 12 months

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):16 beds, hospice patients, 1:6
Strong patient advocate, Comfortable with End of Life, Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed

Float:
Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Simpli Fi. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
