American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift assignment requiring 2 years of recent acute care experience and a WI or compact RN license.

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 19:00-07:30, 3x per week
• Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need
• Floating required as needed
• Epic EMR experience required

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient med/surg acute care experience within the last 3 years
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must pass a telemetry exam prior to starting, including adult and pediatric rhythm interpretation with strict passing criteria
• Skills in GI, IV therapy, cardiac monitoring, respiratory care, and wound care preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred

• Provide care for med/surg and telemetry patients including cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Support includes access to Rapid Response and Code teams
• Free onsite parking available
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• References are not required for consideration
• Travelers with 3 years of med/surg experience may be considered without prior travel experience
