Onsite RN - Virtual Nursing

Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to using technology to provide virtual nursing care across inpatient units, including Ortho/Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiac, and Observation. In this RN role, you will improve the experience for both patients and staff by supporting patient care and collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and Interdisciplinary Teams. You will assist with delegated virtual tasks with focus on (but not limited to) admissions, discharges, patient education, dual medication sign off and nightly rounding.

You will be required to be cross trained to the five med/surg floors included.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver remote patient care in an acute setting
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with providers, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure patient privacy and safety while utilizing various technological platforms

Qualifications

• Wisconsin RN license required
• Minimum of two years of Med/Surg RN experience required
• Strong communication skills, proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and expertise in clinical technology platforms are essential
• Confidence in making autonomous clinical decisions to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
