Travel/Contract CNA (Skilled Nursing) opportunity for a 13-week assignment in Southwest Wisconsin. Provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility, documenting progress, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe environment. Key Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate patient care in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring safety and comfort for residents.
- Document patient progress and care activities accurately in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- Execute daily nursing assistant duties including hygiene assistance, mobility support, and vital signs monitoring.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a CNA training program.
- Wisconsin CNA Certification.
- TB test completed within the last hour.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA in long-term care settings.
- Ability to work day shifts.
- Reliable transportation.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Emotionally resilient.
Skills:
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Weekly direct deposit with next-day pay coming soon; rates 13% above market average.
