Clinical Lab Professionals (Assistant and Scientist)
Location: Madison, WI
Pay Range: $23/hr.
- $31/hr based on Position and Shift
Shift:
- 1st - 6am - 3:30pm Tuesday
- Friday - 2nd - 2pm - 11:30pm Tuesday
- Friday - 3rd - 10pm - 7:30am Tuesday
- Friday - Weekend AM - 6am - 6:30pm Saturday
- Monday - Weekend PM - 6pm - 6:30am Saturday

What's the Job?
- Perform specimen accessioning, processing, and automation tasks to support laboratory operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in quality assurance activities, including quality control and validation procedures.
- Support safety protocols and handle specimens following all safety and regulatory guidelines.
What's Needed?
- High School Degree or General Education Diploma (GED) required
- Experience using computers, including internet navigation, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to perform essential laboratory tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
- Associate degree in a laboratory science (chemical or biological science) or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution or equivalent laboratory training and experience preferred for assistant required for scientist
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
