Job Title: Health, Safety & Environmental Manager

Location: Wisconsin (Relocation Assistance Available)

An established and rapidly growing heavy industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead and develop health, safety and environmental initiatives at one of its key U.S. manufacturing facilities offering the opportunity to work in a complex manufacturing environment where safety is the number one priority. Day to Day

  • Develop and implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and site audits.
  • Investigate incidents and carry out root cause analysis.
  • Maintain OSHA and environmental compliance records.
  • Deliver health and safety training across the facility.
  • Lead and chair Safety Committee meetings.
  • Monitor PPE compliance and site safety standards.
  • Support emergency preparedness planning and recycling initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or safety-related discipline.
  • Minimum of seven years' progressive Health & Safety experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation.
  • Experience driving safety process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence employees at all levels.
  • CSP, ASP or CIH certification.
  • Experience with in heavy manufacturing, structural steel, fabrication or similar industrial environments.
